An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," providing for the continuation of medical insurance coverage for survivor-spouse annuitants; further providing for the reestablishment, administration and operation of the State Planning Board; authorizing the Department of Commerce to make a grant to St. Joseph's University; providing for grants by the Secretary of Community Affairs to promote social services for Pennsylvania's ethnic and multicultural communities and to insure that ethnic groups are not discriminated against or prohibited from receiving services because of language barriers, cultural obstacles, lack of education or lack of accessibility to government-related or public social programs; and making an appropriation.
