Short Title:
An Act providing for a ban on the distribution, sale and use of halogenated hydrocarbon chemicals and aromatic hydrocarbon chemicals as sewage system cleaners; requiring the disclosure of the contents of sewage system cleaners covered by this act; requiring the Department of Environmental Resources to administer and enforce certain provisions; and imposing civil and criminal penalties.
