Short Title:
An Act reenacting and amending the act of December 18, 1980 (P. L. 1241, No. 224), known as the "Pennsylvania Cancer Control, Prevention and Research Act," reenacting the provisions of the act which expired on June 30, 1988; extending certain provisions of the act to nonprofit organizations; providing for limited grants; and extending the sunset provisions of the act.
