Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 31, 1965 (P. L. 1257, No. 511), known as "The Local Tax Enabling Act," granting political subdivisions, including certain counties, additional powers to tax the income of individuals; and authorizing an optional taxing district personal income tax equivalent with certain limitations and restrictions.
