Short Title:
An Act amending the act of January 24, 1966 (1965 P. L. 1535, No. 537), known as the "Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act," further providing for the powers and duties of local agencies, the certification board, the Environmental Quality Board and the Department; and reestablishing the State Board for Certification of Sewage Enforcement Officers pursuant to the Sunset Act.
