Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 17, 1961 (P. L. 659, No. 339), known as the "Pennsylvania Bituminous Coal Mine Act," providing for a Department of Mines and for the powers and duties of a director thereof; further providing for rules and regulations; and transferring powers, duties, personnel, equipment and funding from the Department of Environmental Resources to the Department of Mines.
