Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp. Sess., 1937 P. L. 2897, No. 1), known as the "Unemployment Compensation Law," further providing for partial benefits and for the composition of the Unemployment Compensation Advisory Council; requiring referrals for suitable work; further providing for employee contributions, for eligibility, for compensation, for rate and amount of compensation and for practice and procedure; providing for legislative supervision of the Unemployment Compensation Fund and the unemployment compensation system; and making an editorial correction.
