Short Title:
An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting drivers of overtaking vehicles from passing school buses with flashing amber signal lights; requiring drivers of oncoming vehicles to slow their vehicles upon meeting school buses with flashing amber lights; further providing for the duty to stop for school buses with actuated red signal lights on divided highways; and establishing points for passing and for failure to slow for school buses with flashing amber lights.
