Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 7, 1980 (P. L. 380, No. 97), known as the "Solid Waste Management Act," creating the Landfill Site Inspection Board within the Department of Environmental Resources and conferring powers and duties upon it; further providing for the disposal of solid waste; providing for Commonwealth reimbursement of municipalities for certain inspection work; and making an appropriation.
