L. 30, No. 14), further providing for certain construction and repairs and the letting of certain contracts; further providing for contracts with certain private institutions; providing for the interpretation and construction of certain collective bargaining agreements; providing a compensation plan for school administrators; further providing for the assignment of pupils to schools; providing for remedial education programs; further defining "Factor for Educational Expense"; further providing for payments on account of instruction; limiting certain payments; and making editorial changes.
