Short Title:
An Act amending "The Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act," approved June 21, 1939 (P. L. 566, No. 284), further providing for the application of certain compensation provisions for the benefit of employees disabled as the result of an exposure wholly occurring prior to the date of final enactment of the Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act; and providing for the payment of such claims by the Commonwealth.
