An Act amending the "Solid Waste Management Act," approved July 7, 1980 (P. L. 380, No. 97), prohibiting the siting of hazardous waste treatment or disposal facilities in the vicinity of certain sources of water; and prohibiting the dumping or storage of hazardous wastes in certain areas.
