An Act regulating professional sports agencies; providing further duties of the Department of Labor and Industry; providing for professional sports agency contracts, for the licensing of agencies by the department, for the qualifications of licensees, for a surety bond; establishing the Professional Sports Agency Fund and making an appropriation therefrom; providing for the operation of management of agencies; and providing penalties.
