Short Title:
An Act amending the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," approved March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), further defining terms to extend the provisions of the tax; removing exclusions; taxing amusements; changing filing dates; reducing the discount; further providing for the payment of personal income tax on Pennsylvania State Lottery winnings; restricting certain deductions for corporate taxes; providing for a minimum capital stock franchise tax; increasing the rate of cigarette tax; and providing for the imposition and collection of an oil and gas severance tax.
