L. 784, No. 145), entitled 'An act providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1980-1981,' itemizing public improvement and furniture and equipment projects,***; providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed from current revenues of the Boating Fund and Fish Fund and making an appropriation," increasing and adding certain projects and making repeals.
