L. 177, No. 175), excluding State colleges and universities from certain requirements relating to purchases of printing supplies, imposing additional limitations relating to publications, repealing provisions relating to the Board of Trustees of Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute and making editorial changes and repeals.
