Short Title:
An Act amending the "Liquor Code," approved April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90, No. 21), further providing for unlawful acts concerning liquor, malt and brewed beverages, for investigations by the board and for hearings on licenses, providing for the waiver of certain late filing fees by the board, further providing for the surrender of club licenses and exempting collectors of miniature bottles from certain provisions of the act, the approval of secondary service areas and for the sale of wine by holders of a limited winery license.
