Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 11, 1911 (P. L. 275, No. 177), entitled "An act to provide for the appointment of county and city inspectors of weights and measures, *** and fixing the penalties for the violation of the provisions hereof," providing for full-time county sealers, establishing an appeal to the Director of the Bureau of Standard Weights and Measures, granting authority to department to prescribe standards for certification for sealers, changing inspectors to sealers, changing penalties and making a repeal.
