Short Title:
An Act providing for the Pennsylvania State General Hospital Commission and providing for its powers and duties; transferring all rights, titles and interest of the Commonwealth in the Pennsylvania State General Hospitals to the commission; transferring the boards of trustees of the Pennsylvania State General Hospitals from the Department of Public Welfare to the Pennsylvania State General Hospital Commission and providing for their powers and duties; making other changes relating thereto; making an appropriation and repeals.
