An Act reenacting and amending the "Dog Law of 1965," approved December 22, 1965 (P. L. 1124, No. 437), further providing for definitions; regulating the keeping of dogs; providing for additional licensing of groomers, dogs and kennels; providing for tattooing; increasing certain fees; providing police powers; increasing certain penalties and reducing other penalties and making an appropriation.
