An Act amending the "Banking Code of 1965," approved November 30, 1965 (P. L. 847, No. 356), further providing for variable rate and alternative type mortgages, additional means of appraisal, secondary mortgages, clarification of late charges and deletion of equal payment requirements; providing for interest rates related to the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Banks; elimination of reference to Employes' Mutual Banking Association; increased reserves on deposits of mutual savings banks; authority to charge interest on fifteen day grace period of loan; expansion of authority to own treasury stock; and revising restrictions on officer and employe loans.
