Short Title:
An Act amending the "Liquor Code," approved April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90, No. 21), further providing for penalties for out-of-state manufacturers of malt or brewed beverages; providing for licenses of incorporated units of national veterans' organizations; authorizing the board to transfer certain licenses to performing arts facilities; providing for certain licensees who are immediately adjacent to bowling alleys; further providing for establishments proximate to interstate highways and making editorial changes.
