An Act making it unlawful to engage in the teaching of or practice of cosmetology without first procuring a license from or become registered with the Pennsylvania Board of Cosmetology; or to engage in the conducting and operating of a beauty salon or a school of cosmetology without first procuring from the Pennsylvania Board of Cosmetology a certificate of registration therefore;*** providing penalties; providing for appeals and making repeals.
