Short Title:
An Act amending the "Pennsylvania Human Relations Act," approved October 27, 1955 (P. L. 744, No. 222), further prohibiting certain practices of discrimination regarding sex handicap or disability, use of guide dogs by blind persons and providing for the enforcement of compliance in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of Title VI of the U. S. Civil Rights Act of 1964.
