Short Title:
An Act to encourage energy conservation improvements to existing residential, commercial, and industrial structures in the Commonwealth and the utilization of energy saving technology in new construction through the exclusion of the sales and use tax on solar energy systems for heating and cooling including material, equipment, and installation costs.
