Short Title:
An Act amending the "Public Utility Law," approved May 28, 1937 (P. L. 1053, No. 286), further defining the terms common carrier by motor vehicle and contract carrier by motor vehicle to exclude from the jurisdiction of the commission the transportation of persons having religious convictions precluding the use of motor vehicles.
