Short Title:
An Act amending the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," approved March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), requiring that all contracts for construction activities clearly state the total amount of sales and use taxes to be paid, directly or indirectly, by the purchaser and establishing a procedure for political sub-divisions to obtain refunds from the Department of Revenue for sales and use taxes paid on contracts for construction activities.
