Short Title:
An Act amending the "Municipality Authorities Act of 1945," approved May 2, 1945 (P. L. 382, No. 164), further providing for certain definitions, the financing of certain residential housing, general purposes and powers, purposes and powers as to bonds, deleting provisions relating to term bonds, remedies of bondholders, certain transfers and providing for regulating contract procedures, purchases and advertising for bids.
