Short Title:
An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), imposing additional duties on the Department of Transportation and the Civil Service Commission; requiring standardized tests for the positions of county maintenance supervisor and assistant county maintenance supervisors and requiring current supervisors to submit to such test within one year after development.
