An Act amending the act of December 22, 1977 (No. 30A), entitled "A supplement to the act of November 30, 1965 (P. L. 843, No. 355), entitled 'An act providing for the establishment and operation of Temple University***' making appropriations for carrying the same into effect,***" making an additional appropriation upon approval of a reduction in the commissions of cigarette tax stamping agencies.
