Short Title:
An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), providing for the termination of all State benefits, including pension benefits, of any officer, member, employe of the Judicary, the General Assembly or of the Commonwealth for conviction of certain criminal activity.
