An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), creating the Department of Aging and prescribing its functions, powers and duties; establishing an Advisory Council on Services for the Aging and a Technical Advisory Committee on Services for the Aging; and providing for district planning and service areas and for area agencies.
