An Act amending the act of June 25, 1937 (P. L. 2123, No. 433) entitled, as amended, "An act to define and restrict the obligation of persons engaged on, connected with, or employed by, certain magazines, newspapers, press associations, radio or television stations, in testifying as to the source of information procured or obtained by such persons," extending the provisions of the act to include news and information obtained or procured by such person and observations by such person relating thereto.
