Short Title:
An Act amending the "Beauty Culture Law," approved May 3, 1933 (P. L. 242, No. 86), permitting demonstrations of beauty culture techniques without additional fees; further providing for supervision, and providing for temporary certification of beauty shops and certain students who have taken the examination.
