Short Title:
An Act providing for an appropriation to the Treasury Department to provide for the payment of death benefits to the surviving spouse or children of firemen or law enforcement officers of the Commonwealth killed in the performance of their duties and further providing for the reimbursement of the payment of death benefits made by political subdivisions to firemen or law enforcement officers of that political subdivision who are killed in the performance of their duties.
