Short Title:
An Act amending "The Pennsylvania Insurance Guaranty Association Act," approved November 25, 1970 (P. L. 716, No. 232), providing that the Guaranty Association shall be liquidator or conservator of an insolvent insurer, and that a solvent subsidiary wholly owned by an insolvent insurer shall be transferred to the Guaranty Association; and changing the fund and assessments therefor to a preinsolvency status.
