An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), further providing for the powers and duties of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice; creating and providing for the powers and duties of the Solicitor General and the Department of the Solicitor General; providing for legal counsel to the Governor; and making certain repeals.
