An Act amending "The Permanent Registration Act for Cities of the Second Class, Cities of the Second Class A, Cities of the Third Class, Boroughs, Towns and Townships," approved April 29, 1937 (P. L. 487, No. 115), providing that any elector may register; further regulating procedures governing removal notices, written or printed statements of registration; changing provisions relating to the cancellation or suspension of registration; imposing duties upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth and harmonizing language.
