An Act requiring insurance companies, associations and exchanges to render semi-annual reports to the Insurance Commissioner of unsafe products as revealed by insurers' records; granting immunity to an insurer, its agents, officers and employees and to the Insurance Commissioner and imposing powers and duties on the Insurance Commissioner.
