An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), creating a board of trustees for Woodhaven Center, a facility under the jurisdiction of the Department of Public Welfare caring for the retarded; deleting a hospital and mental health center; changing the titles of eleven existing State schools and hospitals, and centers; and removing the Board of Trustees of Eastern Restoration Centers.
