Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 15, 1939 (P.L.134, No.65), referred to as the Fireworks Law, extensively revising provisions relating to definitions, bond required, continuance of permits, sale and use of fireworks, permits, department licenses, applications for licenses, safety requirements for facilities, annual registration, penalties and confiscation; and imposing an excise tax.
