Short Title:
An Act amending the act of November 6, 1987 (P.L.381, No.79), known as the Older Adults Protective Services Act, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; and, in criminal history for employees, repealing provisions relating to definitions, further providing for information relating to prospective facility personnel, for grounds for denying employment and for provisional employees for limited periods; providing for registry of home care workers; and making editorial changes.
