Subject: Resolution -- Thyroid Cancer Awareness Month
 
In the near future, I plan on introducing a resolution, at the request of a constituent, designating September 2016 as “Thyroid Cancer Awareness Month” in Pennsylvania.

This resolution will raise awareness about the prevalence of thyroid cancer in Pennsylvania in both women and men. It addresses the effects and treatments of this particular type of cancer.

Please join me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
