Subject: Memo #26 - Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) Compliance
 
Please join me in ensuring that Pennsylvania is complaint with federal requirements under the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA). This legislation will make the necessary changes with regard to parents who have committed child sexual abuse and to the treatment of children who are the victims of human trafficking.
