Subject: Legislation - Ethics Commission Investigations
 
In the near future, I plan on introducing legislation that would allow the State Ethics Commission to request and receive assistance during an investigation of an Ethics Act violation. This assistance would be provided by the Attorney General or a designated assistant and a district attorney with the pertinent jurisdiction.

The Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission is committed to ensuring the public’s confidence in state and local government. Please join me in sponsoring legislation that will enable it to conduct its business in the most efficient and effective manner.
