Subject:	Co-Sponsorship: Amending Prevailing Wage – Maintenance

In the near future, I plan to re-introduce SB 822, which would amend the Prevailing Wage Act. The bill would clarify the definition of the term “maintenance” to include work associated with repairing roads. Previous co-sponsors of this legislation include Senators: Orie, Scarnati, D.
