Subject:	Bad faith claims of Patent infringement

Please join me in cosponsoring a bill which would facilitate efficient and prompt resolution of patent infringement claims, protect businesses in this Commonwealth from abusive and bad faith assertions of patent infringement, while at the same time respecting Federal law and not interfering with legitimate patent enforcement actions. This bill is based on the efforts of Attorneys Generals in various states reacting to patent litigation becoming a nuisance for business. It is an effort to to shield local businesses from frivolous lawsuits by patent holders.
