Subject:	Vertebral Subluxation Awareness Month

I invite you to co-sponsor a resolution designating September 2013 as “Vertebral Subluxation Awareness Month” in Pennsylvania. Chiropractic doctors are the licensed, trained professionals that locate, analyze and correct the blockage of a mental impulse between the brain and body, called a vertebral subluxation, which occurs when a vertebra misaligns, occludes an opening, impinges on a nerve or otherwise interferes with neurotransmission. Optimum performance and health of the human body depends on the unfettered, free transmission of mental impulses, or nerve impulses, between the brain and all cells, tissues and organs. This resolution commends the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania for its educational efforts, and recognizes September 2013 as “Vertebral Subluxation Awareness Month.”
