Subject: Memo #6 - Political Party Officers Statements of Financial Interest
 
In the near future I will be introducing legislation to amend Title 65 (Public Officers) to bring more transparency to our political system.

My legislation simply would require statewide and county political party officers to file Statements of Financial Interest with the Ethics Commission. A political party officer is defined as an individual holding a statewide or county political party office of chairman, vice chairman, secretary or treasurer.
