Subject: Memo #8 - Amends the Public Employee Pension Forfeiture Act
 
In the near future, I plan to reintroduce SB 1408 from the last Session.

This bill adds the definition of "infamous crime" to the Public Employee Pension Forfeiture Act, using the same determination found under Article II, Section 7 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.


Previous Co-sponsors included Senators: RAFFERTY, VOGEL, ALLOWAY, COSTA, GORDNER, SOLOBAY, WAUGH, BOSCOLA, FARNESE, M. WHITE, MENSCH AND BAKER.
